Saber & Associates is known for its customized, organization-specific
strategic planning. With a process honed and developed
from multiple decades of work with community banks,
each client receives an end product Strategic Plan unique
to their organization. A highly participative process,
planning begins with a comprehensive pre-planning GPS
Survey that collects input from the Board, Management
and all levels of employees. Such input can also be
supplemented with customer input, segmented by market
niche. The end result is a customized Plan specific
to the needs of your institution. Many of Saber's clients
are on their third or fourth 3-year plan, with repeat
and ongoing client relationships that have been developed
and continued over a 10-12 year time period.
A comprehensive planning process includes the following

- This online Survey solicits a variety of input from
your entire organization (Board, Management and Employees).
- Information is then analyzed by category and by
different demographic groups.
- Survey also includes a number of open-ended questions
to allow participants to answer questions in their
